Very irregular responses from all the fans. Sometimes the machine powers up and seems like it keeps going in reboot loops(I can't verify that because the screen shows nothing)

Symptoms:

No sound at all. Haven't heard the motherboard make any sound since i got it. -- No Beeps[Even with the RAM taken out]

No video -- The monitor slips into standby mode as if its getting no signal [Tested the monitor[DVI-D input using a DVI-D cable] with my older machine .. The monitor is fine] -- Checked for DVI-I/DVI-D compatibility issues but older machine uses same DVI-I -> DVI-D setup and there it works fine.Sure test complete.

Powers on without pressing the Power button and sometimes keeps rebooting[judging by the blinking lights] -- Replaced SMPS with older machines 450W SMPS -- no fix -- Corsair website confirmed that for my new configuration, CX430 is sufficient! -- Any thoughts ?

CPU / Other 2 fans - work fine [But not at all times ]

I suspected the SMPS(but the replacement did not fix) .. now I dont know what to think .. any sure test for the mobo(other than replacement)?

Thanks for all the help in advance. I need to get this machine to work as soon as possible. Any ideas are most welcome!!
