I'm from from Poland and my english can be quite strange. &lt;img height="16px" src="http://communities.intel.com/5.0.2/images/emoticons/silly.gif" width="16px"/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I've bought new notebook Acer TM5742ZG with Intel Pentium Dual-Core P6100 2x2.0 GHz, and now I want to change it for Intel Core i5-2410m. Both of them are using the G1 (PGA988) socket. Is that possible? Will be that compatibile? Will it work..?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I ahve hope you'll help me.
