They suggest sending an e mail to support. I am so disappointed. You would think that Intel would check out what you are offering for purchase BEFORE you actually get us to buy i t. I understand that it wasn't your company that developed the app, but you put it out there for sale. Intel is a well known name.. too bad it's no longer on my list of places to buy online anymore.

I made the mistake of subscribing to this thread and am unable to unsubcribe due to a problem with my account and not being abled to login. Even multiple password resets still result in being told that the new password is invalid. I have tried 3 different browsers on multiple computers and nothing works. It is also happening to another account "fedup". Both of these accounts started having problems when I made the mistake of logging out of the Community. Since then I have been unable to login via either the "fedup" nor the "frustrated" account. I was told that they could not find my account in the system! Well how the heck am I able to get updates to this thread if the account does not exist!!

Ticket # is 8000178631
