Just because something works for a while doesn't mean it'll keep working (or even not cause damage in some cases) if it's not to spec.

Intel Tecnician told me that this board will not support Core 2 Duo processor 2.4 GHz E4600 with 1333 MHz by applying some multiplicative factor, unless it is clearly written on the intel dg41wv box that "intel dg41wv supports 1333Mhz ram by downclocking it", Is this information is right?

Given 2 motherboards have now had this problem with your 1333 MHz speed memory, how do you know any of the other characteristics/specs of the memory you are using (not just the speed) aren't causing this incompatibility? You haven't mentioned whether all the other characteristics (apart from speed) are the same as what's officially recommended for the board and there are LOTS of things that could be different and cause problems, the ability to not operate at the correct speed is just one potential reason. Did the supplier say they'd check the board to ensure that it's not faulty (or even test it with their own memory to see if that gets it working fine) - If not, why not?

I don't know what laws are in place where you live but in many countries it's the suppliers responsibility to either fix problems under warranty with replacement or repair or if that can't be accomplished, to take back any faulty equipment and provide a refund. For any supplier to hold up their hands and say 'we are not responsible' is a simple case of attempting to pass the buck. They have your money and if they want to maintain good customer relations and have you shop with them again, they should be trying to help you (through the methods listed above).

You haven't yet gone down the path of trying different memory but instead prefer to go to the trouble of removing the whole motherboard and having it replaced under warranty - which has resulted in the 3 beeps on startup problem continuing. How can things be any clearer that there is a problem with the memory you are using? If you bought that memory from the same supplier as the motherboard (and specified at the time of purchase, you wanted it to run in that board) they should be looking after you, not claiming its not their responsibility. If it's carried over from another system then you could try and sell it second-hand or reuse it elsewhere and buy memory which IS to spec (going by the Intel website page I linked to earlier). It's hard to see what you're wanting here but it's not reasonable to expect Intel to make this model of motherboard work with all known 1333 MHz memory - there are just to many variables to consider.

He is absolutely right at his place. The problem is from intel department. In fact i rush to the consumer store with this motherboard and i told them the problem that "INTEL DG41wv beeps at start" they kept the motherboard and sent me some different motherboard through courier which still exactly have same problem (beeping problem) with cmos check sum error, the last motherboard was not showing that error. NO good response from intel consumer store also. Now..?? I don't know ??
