In the BIOS 104C. Its in a raid max case with 450watt power supply and 120mm cooling fan in the back of the case.After about 2 hour it cools down. I have reset the CPU and updated the BIOS as well as all the drivers on mu Intel Dh55tc motherboard. This is a brand new cpu and motherboard I bought from intel 2 weeks ago.
