on a new DH67BL board I am unable to update the driver from 8 to latest 15 version.

I install, restart, but version is the same.

I am updating because the wireless mouse and KB are erratic and have lag, stick on the screen etc.

DH67BL graphics card not detected

as above, the PCI-e graphics card is not detected

i get no screen at startup unless I remov the card altogether

it is a galaxy M210 card with no 6 pin PSU conction, just straight nto the PCI-E slot

how do i fix his?

thanks for your help with this issue. As it turns out the Windows update was updating the gfx on the Intel board, as I would have expected because the version on the disk is outdated, using the intel update driver tools installed what appears to be the same update, same version etc., but without errors.

So bit of a mystery.

Intel please answer this igfxpers.exe bad image so many are asking but no answer!!

after a windows 7 update for the graphics driver on the integrated sandy bridge board I got stop 7E with igdkmd32.sys as the culprit.

looking for ideas on this BSOD/Driver

yes this is a new PC.

the error only happens when using visual programs such as photo editing etc.

we have a customer with display issues on the DH67BL board with integrated graphics , windows 7 HP, one 20" monitor

we experienced the same problem in the workshop on a different monitor.

The issue is lines across the screen and the PC freezes.

I have updated bios to current version, checked all driver updates, updated graphics driver to current

the issue is different, less lines, but still a major problem.

we need urgent advice on this as we have an unhappy customer!!

which boards TPM?

I am able to locate the Q67 board using TPM, are there other Sandy Bridge boards that use TPM? If it only the Q67, why only this one board?

I plugged in a hdmi cable into this mobo and did n't get a display (no signal on monitor). I was only using one monitor with nothing in the dvi port. Does this need to be enabled in bios?

so the cable is dvi to monitor - to hdmi in the motherboard
