hi all,

I cant update BIOS to version 40 or 39 via using express bios update on DC3217IYE from bios ver 36. I got the following error message: "current bios is unsupported legacy bios"

How can I update to the latest bios?

anyone tried the PCI tv tuner that didnt worked on H67 or Z68 but on Q67 ? Q67 has native PCI support while others use PCIe to PCI bridge:

just read that H67GD bios ver 119 has a fix for TV tuners, anyone tested these PCI tuners with H67GD ?

Same problem here with the following config:

DZ68DB Intel mobo bios, chipset, drivers updated

i5-2500K

win 7 32 bit all updates completed

Technisat CableStar HD2 PCI tuner latest driver from Technisat web loaded

Error code 10: can't start the device displayed

Tried to disable usb3.0 ports via bios to test any conflict but no resolution.

Tuner manufacturer stated that it is known issue with a no solution and only way is to use their external usb tuner.

Anyone heard a solution from Intel ?

I have also faced with the same error message using another PCI DVB-C tuner card with Z68DB Intel mobo.. The tuner manufacturer responded as below:

" There are known incompatibilities with the latest Intel Express chipsets.
These problem aren't only with our products. Actually we can't give you any
hint to solve this. The only way is to use an external device."

Anyone heard a solution from Intel?

The config is :

- DZ68DB mobo latest bios. chipset, drivers loaded

- win 7 32 bit all updates completed

- i5-2500K

- Technisat CableStar HD2 PCI tuner latest driver from technisat web loaded.
