Yes It comes every time I shutdown & start the pc .

when i have change the battery a month ago it worked fine for a month but now same problem continues.

It comes everytime if I shutdown completely (switch off) (cmos battery failure)

when I have changed the battery it worked fine for a month only.

the problem it display is cmos battery failure checksum error & date & time set up changes to 12.00 AM 01 January 2008 which system shows on the extreme down left corner.

If I restart the computer, the setting of date & time remains Intact but

If I Shutdown completely (switch off ) it will change the date & time to 2008

when I changed the battery a month ago it work fine for a month but now again problem of date & time (eg it shows 12:00 AM, 1 Jan 2008)

I have Intel DG41RQ motherboard purchased just 2 months back. what do i do for CMOS battery failure (date and time always get chaged to January 1, 2008 when i start the PC)? I replaced the battery once one month ago.

Now please suggest the required course of action.
