I have dx38bt and had such problem. It appeared that cool fan was not sit well.

No wiil be same performance on 32 bit system. Low memory.

I had same problem when overclock. I decide to work on standard settings. And make memory bus speed only 800mhz and its work well.

May be problem in video card not in motherboar? Try put another video card.

SATA driver is a same like an old driver? only it is sata and old is a IDE
