Ok. I think I'm at the point of getting a new motherboard.

I've now completed the torubleshooting no boot wizard to no avail.

I've tested all new memory as recommended on the Intel and Kingston site.

I've tested the board out of the chassis with no success.

Thinking it was a power supply issue, I've tested using a completely seperate and working power supply.

Still the same effect. The power supply comes on, but turns off within about 3 seconds.

Any more help would be appreciated!

Only I can't because it doesn't boot far enough.

I've also tried 3 different brands of 2 x 2gb memory chips without luck. If I boot the board without memory I get the normal 3 beep pause error from the on board sound. With any memory in (even 1 chip) it boots, stays on for 3 seconds and then powers off. No BIOS post to update the bios.

Because I can't flash the bios the wizard then goes to 'Clear the CMOS' which I have done, I've just gotten to 'Does it boot out of the chassis', which I am about to test.
