It seems to me, that the problems are in reason 5 or 6.

Unfortunately, there is no another motherboard which supports intel matrix raid, - so i can't to check.

Hello,

Enabling/Disabling of the Hide Option Rom/Expantion Card Text option hasn't given result.

There is no Expansion Text Menu option in the Security tab.

There are:

Set Supervisor password

Set User Password

Chassis Intrusion = Log Only

Execute Disable Bit = Enable

Intel VT = Enable

I pressed "CTRL+I' with 5 pressing per second.

I have tested different SATA ports - no result.

According to product specification it has "Five internal Serial ATA (SATA) 3.0 Gb/s ports". Speed 3.0 Gb/s - SATA2. My HDDs (WD1002FAEX - http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.asp?DriveID=792) have 6 Gb/s - SATA3. But, it's jumper, that allows to limit PHY to 3.0 Gb/s.

I have recovered BIOS in method that you wrote, but it's no result.

I have done all as you say, but it is no result. I have updated BIOS, entered in BIOS, pressed F9, changed SATA as RAID and save. Then I as soon as it came out pressed CTRL+I. I don't know what to do any more.

The BIOS was updated.

If the jumper is in “Configure” mode - motherboard enters in BIOS automatically. So i cann't press CTRL+I.

Recovering of the BIOS didn't help.

Bottop is the ScreenShot (by photo) when I turn on Sata as RAID (the drives are detected).

Now, I am not sure that this board support SATA

Hello!

I have a motherboard DH57DD, two harddisks WD, and need to create RAID 0. I Enter the BIOS Setup, choose SATA as RAID. But "Ctrl-I" Option to Open RAID Configuration Utility Does Not Appear.

P.S. FAQ about "Ctrl-I Option to Open RAID Configuration Utility Does Not Appear" didn't help.
