The Upper Rear System Fan states the following: -

Temp - 28 degrees C

Tachometer #1 - 2600 RPM

Tachometer #2 - 2700 RPM

The Lower Rear System Fan states the following: -

Temp - 22 degrees C

Tachometer #1 - 2700 RPM

Tachometer #2 - 2700 RPM

Intel MFSYS25 Fans

Hi,

We have an Intel MFSYS25 Chassis which over the past few days has seems to have increased it's fan speeds (and noise) even though the room temperature has stayed the same and the usage is no higher. Looking at the dashboard and error logs no problems are reported.

Is this a known issue?

Hi,

On the Intel Modular Server what is the correct procedure for powering down? and can this be scripted?

Once all hosts are shutdown down and blades are powered off is there a graceful way to kill the power?

I haven't tried LUN Copier but I'm thinking more of a solution to allow contstant mirroring or replication of VM's from one to another for DR purposes.

Intel Modular Server - MFSYS25

We have an Intel Modular Server and are looking to expand the storage by bolting on an additional unit. Has anyone got any recommendations as to what units work well.

Can any units be managed through the Intel Server management system or do they all have to be managed seperately?
