Hi,

I am having the same issue here. For some reason the pre-logon admin profile randomly disappears, therefore, users cannot log on the domain.

Did you have this resolved?

I’d really appreciate if you can give me any information in this matter.

Hi,

We use the Intel PROSet Wireless software (12.4) to manage our client computers’ wireless profiles. We have created an admin profile with pre-logon connection that we have deployed to all our client computers.

The problem we are having now is that in some computers, without any apparent reason, the admin profile disappears making the computer unable to log on the domain. If we reinstall the admin profile it would work fine for a while, but after some days (randomly), it would disappear again. Regular users are not local admin on computers; they cannot add or delete profiles so this seems to be a software issue.

Has anybody here experienced a similar problem?

How can we determine what (and how) is deleting the admin profiles from the client computer?

We have intel cards 2200, 2915, 3945 and 5300 but this seems to be affecting mainly 2200s and 2915s.
