I have built a new pc today. The specs are:</p><p>Intel i3 530</p><p>DH55HC mobo</p><p>Transcend 2 GB DDR3 x 2</p><p>500 GB HDD</p><p>Viewsonic VA1912wb monitor with max native resolution of 1440x900</p><p>WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE</p><p>NO GRAPHIC CARD INSTALLED.</p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;">&nbsp;</p><p>On installation I found that the maximum resolution I get is 1280x924 and even this is STRETCHED and not NORMAL. The best resolution is 1024*728 or something. I was using this monitor with a FX5500 card earlier on Xp Professional and it was working fine. Why this new problem. Can someone help by suggesting a solution.
