That's a huge slowdown. What was your previous driver version you had installed? Have you tried the maximum performance option in control panel? The 15.28 drivers have a low clock issue which is obviously fundamental for this driver series. It might explain your huge slowdown, you can check with GPUz if this is the reason.

It isn't. 650 Mhz is the base frequency and 350 Mhz the Idle frequency.

My goodness this forum software is a mess. I posted a filtering bug yesterday and still not visible here, removed, censored whatever. If Intel don't like better close the forum. I see no sense here anymore with such a messy forum software or censoring from unwanted postings. Bye forever.

Intel graphics have a base frequency and dynamic frequency. With some driver/game combinations it stays on the base frequency. This is much slower then. I realized you can't try 15.31 with Sandy Bridge.

Maybe the low clock bug, have you checked GPU frequency with GPUz while running Secret Worlds? You could also try 15.31.64.2885.

i3 without exact model number is pretty useless. Also there is no info about the driver version.
