I only wanted to update the driver, not install the accelerator software.

I toke a huge amount of time to install the system from the ground up (Clean Installation and AD Migration).

So I don’t want to risk damaging this installation.

I did a Clean Installation of the system, and updated to SBS 2008 SP2.

The problem installing (15.5) the NiC drivers is still there:

- Updating drivers thru Device Manager, browse to PRO1000\Winx64\NDIS61 fails with "Windows encountered a problem installing... drivers found ... error while installing"

Rollback to original driver: BSOD STOP 0x9F

This is exactly the same as before the lengthly clean installation

Updating 4/6 Drive Bay Expander Firmware to 2.15 on S5000PSL?

Is there a firmware update (firmware 2.15, DOS .bat file, not EFI) for AXX6DRV3GEXP and AXX4DRV3GEXP running on S5000PSL/SC5400 systems?

Clearing CMOS and switching BIOS banks doesn’t make a difference.

There are no amber of red lights: just the green light (front).

Hi ‘Doc’,

Thanks for analyzing the logs.

A few weeks ago, I started preparing the system (SBS 2008 SP1) for the upgrade to SP2.

But before upgrading most ‘System, Application.. log events needed to be fixed.

The Sharepoint errors are one of them.

There is no kind of virtualization used on this system.
