We would like to inform you that this motherboard offers support for PCI Express* Revision 1.0a. Since PCI Express* 1.0 is backwards compatible with PCI Express* 2.0 the card should work fine but we strongly recommend confirming compatibility with the card manufacturer directly.

We recommend testing with a different PCI Express* card to narrow the issue properly. We build our products to industry standards but there is still the possibility of incompatibility and this seems to be a compatibility case with the card you have. Check your power supply and ensure it is sufficient to run the card.

- Make sure you have the latest Chipset and LAN driver from our website:

-Check for any conflicts in device manager. .

- Test with a peer to peer connection with another computer using a cross-over cable.

-Update your motherboard BIOS to the latest version available:

If the issue still persists, test the system out of the chassis and proceed to replace the board under warranty.

We have not had any similar issues or reports so far but here are our recommendations:

-Test the system out of the chassis with the original stock fan that came with the processor you have.

-Clear the CMOS battery for 30 minutes and test again.

-Make sure you are populating all the fan headers.

-Update your motherboard BIOS to the latest version available:
