you can use usbfile.exe utility (attached) the syntax is USBFile.exe -summary setup.bin.

In order to clarify the issue I have couple questions:

1. What is the exact version of the SCS service?

2. Please send me SCS service log that captures this error (explanation how to turn on SCS service log http://www.symantec.com/connect/blogs/creating-intel-scs-service-amtconfig-log-aka-how-enable-debug-logging)

I am not sure that I understand the use case.

if you partially un-provisioned the system without deleting the configuration parameters from the SCS so the SCS configured it again right away when it got first hello message. If you want to change the configuration parameters you doesn't need to un-provision the system but change it and reapply configuration.

Anyway I attached SCS user guide for future reference. Please let me know if you have more questions

No, this is not a know issue.

Is this USB stick worked with other version of SCS?

Can you try to use USB stick from other vendor with SCS 5.0?

Did you tried to upgrade to SCS 5.1?

Is SCS console that you are using for keys export installed on physical or virtual machine?

Marcel,

You can use SCS software for the server side of the configuration and vPro Activator for client side.

As you mentioned in your post you have SMS 2003, there is an Add-On for the SMS 2003 that can manage vPro supported systems and you can download it from here: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=2609

Instalation package includes all 3 pieces.
