By taking users out of the picture (they don't have to leave the machine on, and they don't have to respond to the "hated baloon"), change controls can be much more reliable (non-discretionary).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:ae5d77ab-b492-4172-a0c6-6b57609ec04e] --&gt;</description>
