Intel Services Manager Crashed

Trouble downloading an app?

I've gotten to 100% downloaded twice but both times something has gone wrong and the app wasn't available to me. Now when I try to download it, it simply stays on "Downloading 0% Calculating estimated download time..." The app simply won't download.

I have tried restarting my computer and router. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Intel AppUp Center. I have also found and ended the “ismagent.exe” and "appup.exe" processes and restarted the Center. None of these things has worked.

I would really appreciate some advice on this.

Thank you!
