DZ77BH-55K BIOS ISSUES AGAIN

I am sick of being dumped on by Intel every time I try to udate the BIOS on for the DZ77BH-55K motherboard.

I decided to update my BIOS to improve the way Visual BIOS performed with a Wireless desktop.

So I updated to Ver. 0099 from 0083 and my PC would not get past post when I booted!!!!

I removed the Digital TV Tuner card and hey it booted. Replaced the card and the PC refushed to boot. In Ver. 0093 there is a fis "Fixed issue where TV Tuner card is not recognised" It's now recgnised and refuses to boot with the card installed - GREAT JOB INTEL!!!!!!!!!!

I went back to Ver. 0083 and it boots with the Digital TV Tuner card in place, no problems.

This board has had more issues than any other I have ever had.

My suggestion is the Intel Engineers responsible for the DZ77BH-55K get their heads together and read the other 1,000,000 posts on and off this site about the board and FIX the issues properly.

S2600CP4 don't post with Dual E5-2620

Hi,

I am assembling one S2600CP4 based server having Dual E5-2620. I am facing following problem in endless loop if I install Dual E5-2620.

reports the power unit is powered off or being powered down - Deasserted

reports the power unit is powered off or being powered down - Asserted

System works fine if I use single E5-2620. Please help me solve this issue.

Connecting 2 USB Webcams to a NUC

I plan to buy a NUC either i3 or the celeron version. I need the USB bus bandwidth to support 2 webcams.

Are the USB ports (1 x front and 2 x back) sharing the same USB root hub off the Express Chip Set?

DH61BE: Issues with ALL USB ports

I just built this computer and I installed Windows 7 with no issues. Originally, it had 048 BIOS and I wanted to upgrade to the latest. So I first did the 099 update then the 115 update. Now none of my USB ports work for more than a couple of seconds after the computer boots, including all USB 2.0 and 3.0 and even the front panel USB... This is frustrating as I'm spending too much time on this! I can access the BIOS using a PS/2 keyboard and that's about it, but this board is useless with the USB ports... I've removed one of the two sticks of memory, reset to factory defaults in BIOS and even tried recovery to an earlier BIOS (>099) to no avail. pr

Enable Acceleration is not available in IRST User Interface

RST RAID driver version 12.6

RAID 1 volume is consistent with no errors and is in continuous update mode.

I have looked for a list of reasons why the UI would fail and haven't found anything. Is there a utility that can examine the system and provide the reason why acceleration is not an option?

Trying to use My WiFi Desktop to create personal hotspot

dI am connected to a wireless network (at a hotel) and I would like to use my laptop as a hotspot for my phone. I can connect to the wifi network using the laptop and phone directly, although only one connection at a time is possible.

My laptop has an Ultimate-N 6300 card. I have Wireless_15.6.1_s64 drivers installed. I installed Intel My WiFi Dashboard_15.6.0_64. I enabled the hotspot feature and I am able to connect my phone to the hotspot. However, it does not work.

When I look at network and sharing center, there is an adapter for the personal hotspot. It shows "no internet access". When I look at the properties, under sharing, it says internet connection sharing has been disabled by the network administrator. I'm assuming that is why it's not working, but I'm not logged on to the corporate network so I don't think group policy should be being enforced.

I tried looking at the policies using gpedit.msc. The policy to prohibit the use of ics on the dns is disabled. Also, the ics service is set to automatic. If I try to start it, it shuts down, saying it will start when it's required.

Anyone know of a way around this? Is it possible the problem is because the versions don't match on the driver and the dashboard?
