For those who would prefer the convienience of having a Support Engineer work directly on your system we offer Remote Assistance. Using a secure, one-time connection, a Support Engineer can view and troubleshoot your issue right on your computer. To request Remote Assistance select the Live Support Chat button from the right hand nav.
If you prefer self-help, but don't want to sift through community posts, the AppUp Guided Assist tool will help you resolve the most common issues. To activate Guided Assistance click the "Guided Assistance" button from the right hand nav.
